So the first time I went out with "Controlling" frog, was actually kind of nice. I met him at church, witch was a big plus. I was at one of those young singles events with my other lovely friend and we were looking for a place to sit, while holding a plate full food. Now as awkward as it is being a girl holding a plate full of food, I look over and see this guy waving his hands frantically at me. I did one of those looking around things, wondering if he was actually waving at me, because I didn't really know the guy. I called my friend over and I sat next to the weirdo.
Any ways, after the singles event was over, me and my friend were standing around thinking about where to go. Well, along comes "Controlling" frog and persuades us to go to Starbucks. And when I say persuade, I mean, bugged us. So we went there and sat and listened to "Controlling" frog tell us all about himself.
I avoided him for a while, but I actually ended up dating him for a couple of months. He became controlling slowly. First it started with what I wore, I mean this frog actually told me I shouldn't wear my tube tops without a jacket! Then it was that he didn't want me to drink at all, ever. And the icing on the cake, I couldn't hang out with my friends!
I was hanging out with one of my best friends at Starbucks and he called me like every 15 minutes to see if I was done so I would hang out with him! He called me when he got off work, he called when he went out to eat and he called when he got board. Geez, I felt like this frog had no life un less it was mine!
What a "controlling" frog, good thing THAT one got away!

"Cheap" Frog
Well, after "nice" frog did not work out so nicely, I went out with friends and I was introduced to "Cheap" frog. Now "Cheap" frog was a happy, happy little frog. I mean no joke this frog always smiled! That's what made me so attracted to him. I don't know what was with him, but I think that we could all take note!
So do you really have to ask why it never worked out with "cheap" frog! Now, I am no gold digger but this frog NEVER took me out on a date. I think the closest date was a trip to the Taco Bueno in Denton. Now that's a date I will never remember.....I mean forget. It actually reminded me of my very first date, a trip to MC Donald's! So take note fellas, if you want to keep a date, skip the Bueno!

"Nice" Frog
So frog number one came from my parents. It all started because I had just went through a huge breakup with a long time boyfriend. My heart was crushed but my parents thought it would help if I started dating again. Apparently they met this "nice" frog and thought that he would be perfect for me. I talked to him on the phone a couple of times and I, also, thought that he seemed like a "nice" frog. We had long conversations, he made laugh, and most importantly he made me forget about about Mr Ex-Toad.
We were getting along well on the phone so we made a date. I was nervous because it had been awhile since I had been on a date. I put on a cute outfit and waited, and waited. Apparently he was slightly lost but managed to find the front of the apartment complex. He called me when he was at the front gate and parked his car. (I guess he didn't want to come to my door) He told me he was here and at the front and, get this, he tells me I might want to grad an umbrella because it's raining! What?! He wants me to run to his truck, that I don't even know what it looks like, in the rain!!
So, OK, I ran to the truck in the front with guy in it and jump in, reluctantly. He didn't wave, didn't open the door, nothing! I get in say hi and he says "So what do you want to do?" Oh my, this frog has NOTHING planned for our date. So being a little difficult I of course say "I don't know." He then suggests a movie. I say OK, but you know, that is really not a good way to get to know someone on the first date. We pull into the theater to have a look at what is playing, and like the "nice" frog that he seemed to be, he asks if I see anything good. I took a few minutes and suggested about two movies. You know what he said, He said "No, how about we go see this one," and suggested a totally different movie! What a "nice" frog! I didn't really want to see that movie, but because I was a nice princess, I agreed. After the movie he dropped me off at the front gate of course. I did see this "nice" frog about one or two more dates, but need less to say, it didn't work out.
